Q1: Do You Provide Free Sample?
A: This Question concludes 2 parts:
1. we provide free sample in stock, but the shipping cost charges;
2. We charge to producing custom samples, but which will be refunded in mass production.

Q2: Do You Do Small Quantity?
A: We accept small quantity, but our starting fee is 100 USD for paper material stickers and 150USD for film
material stickers, so we do advice you to do over 200 square meters in a time, then you can get the most
reasonable price.

Q3: Why Your Starting Fee is so High?
1. Printing: We are using UV relief Printing, which can keep the color unfaded;
2. Material: Usually our sticker shelf life is two years under room temperature, 1 year for outdoors;
3. Die cutting: We use Laser Carve die cut mold, which can keep your sticker in clean and beatiful kiss cut.

Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping
also optional.

Q5: How to proceed an order for led light?
A: 1. let us know your requirements or application.
2. We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
3. customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
4. We arrange the production.

Q6: How can I Choose a Material for My Product?
A: We will give our suggestion on material choosing according to your products, your market positioning, your
other requirements , also we will provide various options and prices for your choosing, we ensure every
customer can get their ideal products.

Q7: Can I Use My Own Forwarder to do the Shipping?
A: Sure, and also we can provide you a shipping cost from our forwarder for your reference.

Q8: What's the elements should I provide to get a quote?
A: Basically we should know:
Size, quantity, printing designs( in Adobe Illustrator CS form), better to tell the apllication and packing ways
( in roll or sheet）.
